McDonalds Nursery Garden Centre near Abergavenny is a family run business and recently celebrated 50 years in business. We offer all year round floristry for all occasions and we also supply hand made floral tributes and wreaths of the highest standard, ideal for special occasions such as Mothers Day as well as weddings and birthdays. In our main shop area we sell garden accessories as well as a wide range of plants, seed potatoes and other gardening essentials.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and you are sure to receive a warm welcome whatever you are looking for. We are set in the shadow of the Blorenge Mountain in rural South Wales so here you can also enjoy the scenery which attracts visitors from far and wide.

Very large selection of new fruit trees. Bare root and potted soft fruit. Bare root and potted hedging plants, ornamental trees and shrubs. Loose beans, peas and onion sets in stock and garlic arriving soon!
Over 65 varieties of Dahlia tubers available as well as Gladioli. Lily, Begonias, Anemones and others.

NEW SEASON BABY PLANTS ARE NOW ON SALE

We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm (from 10am to 5pm on Sundays). Keep an eye open for our signs which are in various places. If you are approaching from the Hereford, Monmouth and Brecon directions you need to head for the village of Llanfoist. You need to continue through the main centre of the village, passing the ‘Spice Lounge’ restaurant on your left, continue on for about 100 yards, past Clytha Motors and take the second road on your right. Keep going down the road which passes Llanfoist Village Hall. Please drive with care down this lane for the safety of pedestrians and cars that may be coming the other way.
